Login web GUI,“Phone-->Web Dial”,Select Line you want to use,type Dialing Numbers then click Dial.If you want to end the call,click Hungup.

Web Dial Note:the dialing numbers should be 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,*,#.
